Florin and the staff were very attentive regarding my lost item. They also stored my luggage beyond the regular hours, which I thought was nice. My room was beautiful. The location proves convenient.

equipped kitchenette in-room safe useful ironing board

I loved the well-equipped kitchenette. It even had a dishwasher! The hotel also provided a safe in the room. A toaster and an ironing board were included too, super useful.

The breakfast area felt a little crowded at times. I wish it were slightly bigger!

friendly staff lactose-free milk convenient location incorrect clock delayed checkout charging problems

the hotel staff were friendly. i appreciate they provided lactose-free milk for breakfast each morning (it made a real difference!). the location proved satisfying. it had the feel of a real neighborhood.

i was almost late to check out. the clock on the wall was behind by an hour. both my phone and watch were on charge. this caused a little bit of stress.

The staff was very helpful. I was happy with the special touches given for my birthday. The room was large and comfortable with a generously sized ensuite that included a double shower.

The clock on the wall was behind by an hour and I was almost late to check out. Both my phone and watch were on charge (so I couldn't check the time).

underground access kitchen area room temperature delayed clock late checkout slow charging

the location is awesome, like, super close to the underground. our room was massive and they give you a kitchen area. plus, the room temperature was just right, not too hot, not too cold!

the clock on the wall, like, tricked me because it lagged behind by an hour. i almost checked out late because of that. also, my phone and watch charged really slow, both are in charge, by the way. this was really annoying!
